These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how Clickit operates and outline the conditions under which products and services are provided. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Clickit and Order Fulfillment

Clickit offers products for sale through its website. Orders may be fulfilled from Clickit’s inventory or through trusted third-party suppliers engaged by Clickit to ensure timely delivery.

Availability, packaging, and delivery times may vary depending on the product, but Clickit remains your primary point of contact for support.

2. Customer Accounts

Creating an account allows for easier order tracking and faster checkout. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure.

Clickit may suspend or close accounts only where misuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations are identified.

3. Product Information & Availability

We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, images, and availability. Occasionally, minor variations may occur.

In the event that:

• A product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, or
• A price fluctuation or listing error is identified

Clickit reserves the right to cancel the order. Where this occurs, the customer will be notified and a store credit will be issued to the customer’s Clickit account.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the Clickit website are final and inclusive of applicable charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order is confirmed. Once payment is successfully processed, the order will move into fulfillment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors. Clickit works with reliable shipping partners to ensure orders are delivered as efficiently as possible.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the provided address.

6. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

Clickit accepts returns only for products received in a damaged or defective condition.

To qualify for a return:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery; and
• The customer must provide clear evidence of the damage, including a video recording of the product being unboxed, along with supporting photos if requested.

The unboxing video should clearly show:

• The unopened package,
• The unboxing process, and
• The visible damage to the product.

This requirement helps us fairly assess damage claims and work with our fulfillment partners where necessary.

Where a return is approved:

• The resolution will be issued as store credit to the customer’s Clickit account.
• Store credit may be used on future purchases and is not redeemable for cash.

7. Acceptable Use

Customers are expected to use the Clickit website responsibly and lawfully. Any misuse of the platform or submission of false information may result in account review or restriction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Clickit website, including branding, images, text, and design elements, belongs to Clickit or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clickit is committed to fair business practices. To the extent permitted by law, Clickit is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses. Any claim relating to an order will not exceed the value of that order.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction — Cayman Islands

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of the Cayman Islands.

11. Updates to These Terms

Clickit may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in operations or legal requirements. The version available on the website at the time of purchase will apply.
